Core Property Management & Consultancy Limited specialises in property management and deals with all types of accommodation; from small individual houses to large multi occupied office buildings. Our range of experience with different types of property allows us to provide mixed portfolio management services and indeed that represents a large proportion of our work, though we are always happy to deal with single lets. We are based in Liverpool.
The practice was established in 1999 and brought together a management team which has worked together over a much longer period of time; in excess of 30 years in some cases and the roots of the practice go back even longer. We provide a personal and professional service from highly experienced members of staff, including three Chartered Surveyors.
We can offer comprehensive management and rent collection services, personalised consultancy advice and a range of professional services including commercial rent reviews, lease negotiation and residential rent negotiations. The main focus of our work is in the North West of England, particularly in and around Liverpool, Wirral, Chester, Southport and Warrington. This allows us to respond quickly to matters arising and gives us good local knowledge. However, our instructions do extend as far South as Devon and as far North as Scotland.
We collect and hold client’s money in properly constituted client accounts which are separate from the business’s own accounts and are regulated and audited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.We are proud of our long and close relationship with many of our clients. We take a personal interest in individual clients’ needs and aim to provide tailor made support and service which reflects their goals and aspirations.
